Advanced Facilities for Regional Growth

Spanning 10,000 square meters with room for expansion, BCI Arabia is the first fully automated polyurethane plant in Saudi Arabia and the region. With an initial annual capacity of 60,000 tons, it produces systems for industries including automotive, piping, HVAC, household appliances, and insulation.

Sustainability at the Core

The facility was designed with energy efficiency and circularity in mind. It uses non-toxic materials and technologies that cut energy consumption by up to 60%, while pioneering recycling initiatives such as transforming PET into insulation raw materials and repurposing tires into industrial binding agents.

BCI’s Türkiye facility is purpose-built for the development and production of specialty polyurethane adhesive systems, supporting high-performance lamination, multilayer film structures, and strict food-contact requirements.
Designed for operational reliability and scalability, the site enables efficient service to converters and industrial customers across Türkiye, the Middle East, and neighboring markets.

Türkiye’s advanced manufacturing and export ecosystem enables BCI to work in close technical partnerships with customers across flexible packaging, specialty adhesives, and downstream polyurethane applications. Certified Performance, Safety and Circularity

BCI Türkiye combines rigorous quality and food-safety standards with a growing focus on packaging circularity. The site is certified under the BRCGS Packaging Materials standard for the Chemical Process scope, a distinction first achieved in 2020 and maintained through successive audits.This commitment also extends to the solutions developed at the site. Ecolad® SL 816/716, BCI’s solventless polyurethane adhesive system, has received RecyClass Technology Approval, confirming its compatibility with the European polyethylene recycling stream under the conditions assessed by RecyClass. Together, these achievements reinforce BCI Türkiye’s role in delivering high-performance adhesive technologies that support food safety, process excellence, and the transition toward more recyclable flexible packaging.
