Established in 2008 with the launch of a polyurethane system house in 6th of October City, BCI Egypt expanded its operations in 2013 with a manufacturing facility for polyester polyols, isocyanate prepolymers, and flexible packaging adhesives. Today, Egypt serves as a major hub for BCI’s footwear business and a strategic gateway to African and European markets. Its geographic position enables BCI to bring its products, technical expertise, and services closer to customers across both continents, ensuring greater responsiveness, reliable supply, and support tailored to regional needs.

Advanced Facilities for Regional Growth

Spanning 10,000 square meters with room for expansion, BCI Arabia is the first fully automated polyurethane plant in Saudi Arabia and the region. With an initial annual capacity of 60,000 tons, it produces systems for industries including automotive, piping, HVAC, household appliances, and insulation.

Sustainability at the Core

The facility was designed with energy efficiency and circularity in mind. It uses non-toxic materials and technologies that cut energy consumption by up to 60%, while pioneering recycling initiatives such as transforming PET into insulation raw materials and repurposing tires into industrial binding agents.
