BCI Europe develops and produces polyurethane systems and additives, with a strong focus on thermal insulation and energy efficiency. Combining local market knowledge with expertise from across the BCI network, the site delivers customized solutions that meet European technical standards and performance requirements, including those related to fire safety.

Recent investments have expanded production capacity and raw material storage while improving the separation of production streams. Combined with versatile packaging options, from isotainers and bulk to drums and IBCs, and enhanced quality control and traceability, these capabilities strengthen flexibility, consistency, and service to customers.

Advancing Energy-Efficient Manufacturing

BCI Italy has installed photovoltaic panels and heat pumps as part of a broader investment program completed in 2025.
The shift from primarily gas-based energy to electricity, partly generated on-site for self-consumption, is expected to reduce energy consumption by approximately 25% while lowering the environmental footprint of operations.
