Located in Riyadh’s Second Industrial City, BCI Arabia represents a major step in the Group’s expansion and the localization of advanced polyurethane manufacturing in Saudi Arabia. Bringing BCI’s global expertise closer to the Kingdom’s industries, the facility strengthens local access to polyurethane systems while supporting industrial development and local manufacturing ambitions aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Advanced Manufacturing for Regional Growth

Spanning 10,000 square meters with room for expansion, BCI Arabia combines advanced automation with an initial annual production capacity of 60,000 tons. The facility produces polyurethane systems serving a range of industries, including automotive, piping, HVAC, household appliances, and insulation, providing local and regional customers with greater proximity, responsiveness, and supply reliability.

Advancing More Sustainable Solutions

Sustainability is integrated into both the facility and the solutions BCI continues to develop. Energy-efficient technologies support more responsible manufacturing, while circularity initiatives explore new uses for recovered materials, including transforming PET into raw materials for insulation applications and repurposing tires into binding solutions for industrial applications.
