Marketed under the Aminorex® brand, we manufacture, stock and distribute a selected range of catalysts including:
Our release agents marketed under the Silorex® brand are mainly used by PU shoe sole manufacturers to ease the release of the cured soles from aluminum or epoxy molds. Our Silorex® products deliver superior release ease while maintaining a rubber like glossy look and feel of the sole. The release agents are supplied as concentrates to be diluted with specific solvents or in high solid ready to use grades.
Liquid Master Batches
We manufacture specialty liquid master batches for footwear soles and flexible foam which are marketed under the Matrix® trade mark.
Solvent less flexible packaging adhesives
We offer a complete range of adhesives ranging from general to high performance for a variety of applications. These products provide excellent wettability for barrier films such as PET, PE, Al-Foil, OPP and MOPP. Our solvent less adhesives range marketed under the Ecolad SL® brand name has become the preferred choice for flexible converters. Our neoprene contact adhesives are good for bonding large surface areas. They can be used to bond aluminum, steel, wallboard, wood, masonry, canvas, rubber and plastic laminate. They are applied by spray, brush or roller. The properly and thoroughly cured adhesives exhibit good impact, water and solvent resistance.
Our TPU adhesives are formulated from linear crystalline TPU polymers based on adipate esters. The TPU adhesives are already supplied in their solution form being dissolved in appropriate solvent(s) at the specified solid content. The choice of solvent(s) is usually dictated by local regulations and by the required final physical properties of the adhesives. The use of our TPU adhesives offers the benefits of having high green strength at low “activation” temperature, high final bonding strength and good heat resistance.
Our re-bonded foam pre-polymers marketed under the brand name Isorex RF® are based on MDI (Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate) and used for bonding crushed flexible foam. Isorex RF® grades are suitable for various applications and processing conditions and are suitable for machines both with and without without steam.
